Athletes will then spend time perfecting their basic skills, completing drills for new skills and learning to link tumbling skills together. Strength and power training will also be incorporated into the session to allow athletes to develop more advanced tumbling skills.
Pre-requisites of basic skills are required for this class. If you are unsure of your child’s suitability for this program please contact us for an assessment.
